REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all BabySqueeze™ products. 
Your satisfaction is our priority.

ELIGIBILITY
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
1. Email us at support@huguslabs.com with:
   - Your order number
   - Reason for return
   - Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Do NOT ship the item back before receiving approval

REFUND PROCESSING
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive 
  and inspect the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless 
  the item arrived damaged or defective

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your BabySqueeze™ arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the damage
- We will ship a replacement at no additional cost

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, used baby feeding products 
cannot be returned unless they are defective.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this 
window, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
