Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at Hugus Labs. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States only — all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to:
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
- International addresses
If your destination is not within the contiguous U.S., Alaska, or Hawaii, please contact us at support@huguslabs.com before placing your order.
SHIPPING COST
🎉 Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum required.
Shipping cost is always $0 at checkout, regardless of order size.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday season), processing may take up to 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
SHIPPING TIME
Once shipped, estimated delivery time to U.S. addresses is 8–15 business days (approximately 10–20 calendar days).
This timeframe applies to standard shipping, which is the only option currently offered.
Important: Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by:
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Severe weather
- High-demand periods
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
Hugus Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control once the package has left our facility.
ORDER TRACKING
Within 3–5 business days of shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to fully populate after the first scan.
If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@huguslabs.com.
CARRIERS
We work with multiple international and U.S.-based carriers, including USPS, UPS, and DHL eCommerce, depending on your shipping address. The most efficient carrier is selected automatically for each order.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment/unit numbers.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A reshipping fee of $7.95 will apply.
- If the package cannot be recovered, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost ($7.95 deducted from refund total to cover carrier expense).
We strongly recommend double-checking your address before completing your order.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Lost in transit
If your tracking shows no update for 20+ business days after the last scan, contact us at support@huguslabs.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, ship a replacement at no cost.
Marked as delivered but not received (porch piracy)
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look for the package in safe spots (porch, garage, mailroom)
- Wait 48 hours, as some carriers mark items "delivered" before the final scan
- File a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL) and your local authorities if applicable
Hugus Labs is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the address you provided. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location and considering optional shipping protection at checkout.
Damaged on arrival
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@huguslabs.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Clear photos of the packaging (inside and outside)
We will review and ship a replacement free of charge if the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
You may modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been processed.
To request a change or cancellation:
- Email support@huguslabs.com immediately with your order number and the requested change
- Subject line: "URGENT — Order Change Request #[order number]"
After processing begins (typically within 12–24 hours), changes are no longer guaranteed.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for returns after delivery.
A NOTE ON OUR FULFILLMENT MODEL
To keep prices affordable and offer free shipping on every order, Hugus Labs partners with global fulfillment centers. Your order is shipped directly from our nearest warehouse to ensure the most efficient delivery route possible.
This is why our standard delivery time is 8–15 business days. We're working to expand our domestic warehousing for faster delivery in the future.
